Ltd is an Indo American Company, rendering its services in the field of engineering by offering complete turn key projects for Hi Tech CNC and Special Purpose machines from conceptualizing the design to commissioning the machine at the site. The company has designed and supplied eminent machine tools like CNC Boring machines, Drilling Centers, Turning centers, Milling centers, In Situ Flange Facing Machines, Windmill machines, cold saw cutting machine and so on. Some of the machines have proven to be an import substitute to the clients while few others have been exported to many developed countries. Many specialized CNC and Special purpose machines have been catered to steel plants. The company was the first one in Asia to develop a 4 Axes CNC Pilger Die groove grinding machine for dies used in Extrusion presses in the tube and pipe making plants. An exceptionally designed 8 Axes fully automatically operated CNC Radiusing and End Facing machine was supplied to a subsidiary of A B Sandvik Steel, Sweden for their tube plant as a special requirement.

 A world class 12 Axes CNC insert grinding machine is another achievement in the area of special purpose machines; that was supplied to an international tool insert manufacturing company. The machine is fully automatic with high productivity and accuracies met to the customer’s requirement. A specially designed Steering Yoke manufacturing machine is developed for one of our clients in the automobile industry. The company was the first in the country to offer an indigenously designed Hi speed built in motorized spindle for turning centers and grinding machines. Cartridge type compact Hi speed motorized spindles are also manufactured for many machine tool applications in the industry.

A specially developed self centered pick and place device is patented for its precise transfer system it offers for transferring jobs of various sizes without changing its clamped position.

 The company owns a patent for an auto drive electric motor for using power electronic components as an in built part of the motor. This motor featuring less weight, high power output and compact in size can be best used in the automobile industry”.
